What appeal to me the most about this development was that it was close to Gawler but with the views and feel of a small country settlement. A Really Nice Location
Living locally my entire life and working in Gawler, Woodvale seemed like the appropriate choice. Close to both Gawler and the surrounding towns as well as only a 45 minute drive to the city via the back roads or the expressway makes it a really nice location. Especially for a first home buyer and someone who has been used to the rural and town lifestyles at the same time.

Exciting Times
After signing up on our block in a paddock it has been an amazing transformation into the block it is today, it is what we were hoping for.
Coming from a rural area to our new block and still having a rural back drop from our block this will have a great outlook for us.
We are moving to Gawler to be closer to our daughters and grandchildren.
We are downsizing but the larger blocks at Woodvale still give us the feeling of room around us. Also we will not have homes stacked on top of us and we will keep some amazing views.

Having lived in Gawler for over 25 years and building twice in the Evanston Park area we were drawn to moving to Woodvale. The block sizing was perfect for our needs. Woodvale offers a community whilst at the same time keeping the country feel that we are looking for. Having access all shopping facilities locally was a big plus.

Jayne and Ben Gerritts chose a traditional sized allotment for themselves and their three children close to one of the wooded reserves that Woodvale has to offer.

Also, just so you know, that area is a special spot for me as I can remember going up there and sitting on the back of the Ute with my dad watching the Gawler 3 day Event every year it was on.
I love the smell of the gums and the way the breeze blows down the Gully. I feel like I have my own bit of Country living with the added advantage of schools and shops nearby.

Surprise set within the Hills of Gawler
Woodvale is undoubtedly a surprise set within the hills of Gawler. Therefore, the decision to build my home on such a large block set amongst tree lined roads and the hills so close to Gawler's Main Street was an easy one! The views are spectacular and are something that dont come with building down on the flat land surrounding Gawler. The natural country landscape that surrounds Woodvale is stunning and has such a relaxed feel about it, and will be the perfect place to build my dream home.
